Yes. Every piece is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Charms are solid 925 sterling silver finished in heavy-deposition 24k gold vermeil, chains and earring posts are 14k gold-filled (1/20) with a 24k gold dip, and rose gold is 14k rose gold-filled. Made by hand in Atlanta.

Not this one. This style is crafted ahead of time so it can ship quickly, which means it comes in whole sizes only, 5 through 13. If you fall between sizes, take the larger one. Need a true half size? Email support@ringcrush.com and we will tell you whether we can make it to order.

Gold fill is not plating. A thick layer of solid gold is bonded to a brass core under heat and pressure, and by law it has to be at least 1/20 of the item's weight, which is why you see it written as 14k gold-filled (1/20). That layer is many times thicker than gold plate, so it does not rub off the way plated jewelry does and it holds up to daily wear for years.

For reference, from most to least gold: solid gold, then gold fill, then heavy plate, then flash plate. Most high-street jewelry is flash plate, which is a microscopically thin coat that wears through in months. We use gold fill, with a 24k dip over it for a deeper color.

Very little upkeep. Keep it away from chlorine, harsh cleansers, and household chemicals, and take it off before swimming. An occasional buff with a soft dry cloth is usually all it asks for, and it is happiest stored somewhere dry and out of direct sun. Cared for that way, gold-filled and sterling pieces are made to be worn every day.
