Shipping

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 2-3 weeks
United Kingdom: 3-5 weeks
United States: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. 

Please do not send your item back with your own shipping service.

All returns must also be shipped using shipping and insurance through Ringcrush. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit that are shipped using alternative methods, or shipped to the incorrect address.

We believe gemstones should always be properly set, no exceptions.  In the event of a gemstone falling out, I will replace or repair the item free of charge (minus shipping charges), up to 1 year after the piece is made. Given, this is under normal wear. If the ring shows obvious damage from repeated blows, abuse, or dropping, Ringcrush reserves the right deny free repairs. In these circumstances, I will provide a quote for repairs, if possible, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline. If you decline, the artist will return the ring to you unaltered.  After one year, I will repair the piece for a fee. Email me at Bailey@Ringcrush.com for more information.

The 1 year repair policy also applies to structural craftsmanship. If the ring in someway "falls apart" under normal wear, the ring will be repaired or replaced. Email me at Bailey@ringcrush.com for more information. 

Additionally, orders may be returned for exchange if they are damaged in transit, or you received the incorrect item.  

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, and the different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. Items that are slightly different colors than the item pictured will not be accepted for returns. Additionally, as each of our rings are handmade using natural materials, there may be slight physical variations in the textures within the gemstones and textures on the metal. Rings will only be accepted for return in the event of significant variations from the photograph, i.e sapphire stones delivered, but emerald stones pictured. 

We advise using our custom ring-sizer prior to ordering to prevent having to return a ring due to improper sizing. Most rings are made-to-order and are impossible to resize, so please contact us with any concern before purchase. 

Furthermore, it is very common for the ring sizes to fluctuate day-to-day, thus we advise wearing your new ring for at least 30 days before resizing.  

 Finally, we cannot offer returns or refunds of any kind on customized products. This includes and special requests or engraving not directly displayed on the Ringcrush website. We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide you with a return service label.
  3. Repack your order. Use the original packing materials if possible. If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging; please take care to repack items carefully. If you are unsure how to do so, please email us at Bailey@Ringcrush.com
  4. Please send your return within a week of receiving the return service label. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please only use the shipping label provided by Ringcrush. Please do not leave packages for pickup, and only mail packages by directly taking them to a UPS office. Ringcrush is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost before or after the UPS tracking process. 

Refunds

You can expect a refund 3–5 business days after we receive your return, provided it arrives undamaged. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged or altered.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ringcrush.com.

 

Product availability

Ring availability is split into (at least) two categories:

‘available now’ and ‘available by special order.’

‘Available Now’ items can generally be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Often, however, ‘available now’ means I only have 1 in stock. If you wish to order more than one of an item listed as ‘available now’, there may be a delay in your order, as rings take some time for the artist to create. Most of our items can me made and shipped 2 weeks, but occasionally pieces can 6 or more weeks if a particular stone needs to be sourced. If this rare issue is applicable to your order, I will communicate this before purchase. 

 

Errors!

Despite our best efforts to ensure there are no errors or mistakes on our website, occasionally we may make a typo or miss a decimal place. Ringcrush reserves the right to correct such errors when they occur, and we will contact you with the correct price. You will have the opportunity to continue with the proper price, or to cancel the order. In the event that you pay for a higher price than the actual price, we will refund the difference to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Although we try to keep our prices stable, gold, platinum and diamonds are traded commodities that can, rarely, do some crazy fluctuation. Because of this, our prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Weights and Measurements

As mentioned above, we at Ringcrush are humans and occasionally make typos. Although we make every attempt to ensure product data are as up-to-date, complete, and accurate as possible, occasionally mistakes may slip through the cracks. Please email us at Bailey@Ringcrush.com if you have any questions or think something may be out of place, and we will double check to make sure the information is accurate.

With this in mind, because our pieces are handmade, there may be slight fluctuations in the metal and stone weights.

 

Notice of change

By using our website, you agree that Ringcrush may change its policies, terms and conditions on at any time and that posting those changes on our site will constitute sufficient notice of such changes.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Ringcrush, its artists, its employees, affiliates, or its agents shall be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential damages, or any other possible damages. By using Ringcrush.com and the services of our artists, you agree to the above terms.
