Curious about our 2 year warranty? No problem, we're happy to help! Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our handmade jewelry. If you experience any issues with the material or workmanship of your purchase within two years of your order date, just give us a shout and we'll work with you to find a solution that works for you.

We take great pride in creating unique, high-quality pieces that are all handmade right here in Atlanta, Georgia. Our team of expert jewelry artisans and designers are all trained at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design, so you can be sure that you're getting the best of the best. We're so confident in the quality of our work that we offer a 2-year coverage period with every purchase. It's important to note that our warranty doesn't cover lost items, normal wear and tear (like scratches, broken chains, or bent rings), misuse or improper storage, or any modifications made by a third party not affiliated with Ringcrush.

  1. Items purchased from a third-party vendor or boutique (outside of Ringcrush.com and/or Ringcrush stores) are not covered by Ringcrush's warranty. If you have any warranty-related issues, please contact the company or boutique from which you purchased the item.

  2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers, as doing so voids any potential refund or replacement (if a defect arises due to their work). This includes resizing or any repair work. Although we do not offer repair or resizing services, we do offer exchanges and replating services. If your Ringcrush piece is defective and covered under warranty, please send us an email at support@ringcrush.com with your order number and a photo of the defective piece!
