Fingers swell through the day, so measure in the late afternoon. Between two sizes, choose the larger. Wider bands fit tighter, so size up a half for a chunky band.

  • Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted within 5-7 business days, then ship by the same free USPS service. Mixed orders ship together once the made-to-order piece is finished.
  • We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated by USPS at checkout; European orders include a $3.50 handling fee.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your local authorities.

Returns
  • Return an unworn piece within 100 days from the day your order is delivered, in its original packaging with all tags and pouches included.
  • Custom, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, and special-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or differ from what was ordered. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the error is ours, we cover it and send a prepaid label.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Every piece is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Charms are solid 925 sterling silver finished in heavy-deposition 24k gold vermeil, chains and earring posts are 14k gold-filled (1/20) with a 24k gold dip, and rose gold is 14k rose gold-filled. Made by hand in Atlanta.

Can this ring be made in a half size?

Not this one. This style is crafted ahead of time so it can ship quickly, which means it comes in whole sizes only, 4 through 10. If you fall between sizes, take the larger one. Need a true half size? Email support@ringcrush.com and we will tell you whether we can make it to order.

Does it come with a gift box?

Yes. Every order arrives in our gift box, ready to give as it is. No extra charge and nothing to ask for at checkout.

What does gold fill actually mean?

Gold fill is not plating. A thick layer of solid gold is bonded to a brass core under heat and pressure, and by law it has to be at least 1/20 of the item's weight, which is why you see it written as 14k gold-filled (1/20). That layer is many times thicker than gold plate, so it does not rub off the way plated jewelry does and it holds up to daily wear for years.

For reference, from most to least gold: solid gold, then gold fill, then heavy plate, then flash plate. Most high-street jewelry is flash plate, which is a microscopically thin coat that wears through in months. We use gold fill, with a 24k dip over it for a deeper color.

How do I care for it?

Very little upkeep. Keep it away from chlorine, harsh cleansers, and household chemicals, and take it off before swimming. An occasional buff with a soft dry cloth is usually all it asks for, and it is happiest stored somewhere dry and out of direct sun. Cared for that way, gold-filled and sterling pieces are made to be worn every day.

Stack it with plain bands or let it sit alone on a middle finger. The charm is low enough that nothing catches on a sleeve.

    NOT GOLD FILLED! Beware! Only the ring band itself is gold filled. The attached pumpkin is plated and the gold stated rubbing off after 3 wears & owning it for 5 days. I told the seller & they updated the description but it is still far from clear, they seem to think mentioning 925 silver means they can call it gold filled when it’s not. Gold filled refers to how thick the coating of gold is, doesn’t tell you what the base metal is (925 silver or otherwise). They could call it vermeil but gold filled is straight up dishonest. It’s not.

• Our stones are sourced from countries all over the world - Ametrine from Bolivia, Opal from Australia, Peridot and Turquoise from the USA.

• Each stone is carefully selected and hand assembled with fine gold-filled metals, and a special paint is applied which allows electricity to run through the piece.

• Through careful calculation, and a complex series of very nerdy hand-applied chemical processes, an organically shaped smooth golden (or silver) bezel is formed around the gemstone.
