Shipping & Returns
- Shipping within the US is free on every order. In-stock pieces ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3 to 5 days.
- Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted within 10-15 business days, then ship by the same free USPS service. Mixed orders ship together once the made-to-order piece is finished.
- We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated by USPS at checkout; European orders include a $3.50 handling fee.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your local authorities.
- Every order ships with tracking.
- Return an unworn piece within 100 days from the day your order is delivered, in its original packaging with all tags and pouches included.
- Custom, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, and special-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or differ from what was ordered. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the error is ours, we cover it and send a prepaid label.
- Email support@ringcrush.com with your order number to start a return; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of arrival.

Questions
Every stone we set is a genuine gemstone, left raw and cut by nature rather than by a machine. That is the whole point of the piece, and it is also why no two are alike: color, shape, and the inclusions inside the stone shift from one to the next, and the same stone reads differently depending on the light and the angle you catch it at. Your piece will be a close cousin of the one photographed, never an identical twin.
Does it come with a gift box?Yes. Every order arrives in our gift box, ready to give as it is. No extra charge and nothing to ask for at checkout.
Gold fill is not plating. A thick layer of solid gold is bonded to a brass core under heat and pressure, and by law it has to be at least 1/20 of the item's weight, which is why you see it written as 14k gold-filled (1/20). That layer is many times thicker than gold plate, so it does not rub off the way plated jewelry does and it holds up to daily wear for years.
For reference, from most to least gold: solid gold, then gold fill, then heavy plate, then flash plate. Most high-street jewelry is flash plate, which is a microscopically thin coat that wears through in months. We use gold fill, with a 24k dip over it for a deeper color.
How do I care for it?Very little upkeep. Keep it away from chlorine, harsh cleansers, and household chemicals, and take it off before swimming. An occasional buff with a soft dry cloth is usually all it asks for, and it is happiest stored somewhere dry and out of direct sun. Cared for that way, gold-filled and sterling pieces are made to be worn every day.

How our rings are built: the band is yellow gold-filled, rose gold-filled or sterling silver, and the stone setting is copper plated in 24k yellow gold, 14k rose gold or rhodium to match. Over years of wear the plated setting can dull, and re-plating brings it back.
To make the finish last, take your rings off before showers, swimming, workouts and sleep, and before applying perfume, lotion, cosmetics or cleaning products. Store them somewhere dry; water, sweat and humidity are what wear plating down.
Follow those habits and your pieces will keep their color for a long time between visits back to the studio.

If your ring size is a half size or in between we recommend rounding up, as our ring shanks are very dainty and comfortably accommodate down to a half size difference. Unworn pieces can be returned within 100 days of delivery; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the error is ours.
ArtisanTechnique
• We handcraft all of our one-of-a-kind wearable art pieces using a unique process we refer to as "Creative Chemistry"
• Our stones are sourced from countries all over the world - Ametrine from Bolivia, Opal from Australia, Peridot and Turquoise from the USA.
• Each stone is carefully selected and hand assembled with fine gold-filled metals, and a special paint is applied which allows electricity to run through the piece.
• Through careful calculation, and a complex series of very nerdy hand-applied chemical processes, an organically shaped smooth golden (or silver) bezel is formed around the gemstone.
